About

Earl Nightingale - A Motivational Speaker, once said "The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else…The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career!".
I strongly believe that Yes, there has to be a driving force within you. I have been working in the software industry for the past 4.5 years. Along my journey, right from an Intern to a Lead managing projects, have learnt/experienced numerous things. Don't count me in those,"Grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting glued in front of their monitors, following the same dull schedule everyday, without any passion/force from within"

Having started my career with development in JAVA,Jsp,Struts,Flex,Jax-rs,Hibernate,etc I found a keen interest in User Interfaces,Web Technologies. Since then, I have been working on UI and have achieved an expertise in Javascrip,HTML 5, Flex,EXTJs,Sencha Touch, etc.
There has been a long way : Right from developing small custom components, designing interfaces, designing and developing frameworks/architectures and now managing projects.

No one is good at everything! Whether its developing a web project, giving presentations, managing a huge team and at the same time ensuring all the team mates are happy and satisfied (so that the project goals are achieved by all), writing a blog, giving training's,etc getting to the points and conveying simply and strong what you do or offer is essential. That's where I come in.

Also, on a side note, Painting/Sketching and Photography are my hobbies. I have a few paintings that have been sold, and also looking forward to use my hobbies to raise funds for charity and NGO's.

I love to have a balance between personal and professional life. Weekends you will find me doing anything creative... unless some interesting or very critical work on weekend..

If you have anything to talk or any help needed, I'll be glad to do that.
You can drop in a mail for any help needed to snehalv0206@gmail.com
